John Broadhurst's Exhibition

Audley resident John Broadhurst had a solo exhibition at Two Doors Studio for the two weeks leading up to Christmas 2016.

John displayed a selection of wildlife paintings. His passion for wildlife and the natural world started very young and he uses acrylics and watercolours to express this in his paintings. His work has also been published as book illustrations.


John's latest original paintings were on display, alongside a selection of his older works. Original artworks, prints and greetings cards were available to buy.

On Saturday 10th December John was in the upstairs Studio working on one of his paintings and chatting to visitors.  Later in the afternoon he gave a talk about his work.

​

He also ran a free prize draw competition and Melanie won a signed limited edition prints of his 'Badgers' painting.
